  2. Challenge Negative Self-Talk: Pay attention to the voice in your head. Is it lifting you up or holding you back? Replace self-doubt with affirmations like, “I am capable,” “I am enough,” or “I can handle this.”

  3. Step Outside Your Comfort Zone: Growth happens when you take on challenges that stretch you. Start small—try something new or take a risk you’ve been hesitating on. With each step, you’ll prove to yourself just how strong and capable you are.
