Before diving into how we connect, here's a bit about me: I'm the heart behind Big Girl Interrupted and BGI & Co Inc, where our mission is to empower women. As a coach in vision boards, business, and goal-setting, I've faced my own share of life's interruptions. Despite these challenges, I've led a life rich in purpose and impact, helping others find their voice and achieve their potential.
My journey wasn't always smooth. On the outside, I portrayed confidence, but internally, I battled isolation, self-doubt, and fear. The turning point came in 2019 during my university application process, which propelled me into a transformative journey towards happiness, confidence, and success. This path led me to embrace vulnerability, fostering deep connections and growth.
Creating a vision board was a pivotal step in clarifying my goals and overcoming self-imposed limitations.
It wasn't just about identifying what I wanted but also dismantling the beliefs holding me back. This tool became my roadmap, guiding me towards my aspirations with a clear and personalized action plan.
