Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in bringing a Vision Board Experience to your event! Our consultations are designed to build a meaningful connection, learn more about your event goals, and see how Big Girl Interrupted can support your vision through our signature experience. Here’s what you need to know before booking your consultation: Consultations are required for all events and conferences with more than 15 attendees. During this time, we’ll discuss your event theme, audience, logistics and how to customize the experience to fit your needs. Consultations are not coaching sessions—they’re focused on event planning, collaboration, and understanding the scope of your needs. Important Booking Policy: A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required for all vision board events. This allows our team time to prepare materials, customize the experience, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Events with less than 3 weeks’ notice may not be accommodated or may incur an expedited planning fee. Final details must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event date.
